Food Security: "Food security is the ability to access enough safe and nutritious food to meet dietary needs and preferences at all times. It includes having the physical and economic means to acquire food in socially acceptable ways, without resorting to emergency food supplies or other coping strategies. Food security also means that the food is of good quality and healthy enough to provide the energy people need for their daily activities."
